Delivery
On the day of dispatch you will receive a shipping confirmation that the bed has been handed over to the carrier. A carrier representative will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery date. If you receive an SMS with the delivery date, please reply. Delivery is always announced by phone or SMS. The furniture will not be released for delivery until you have made an appointment with the carrier. The delivery times of the carrier are available from Monday to Friday from 7am to 10pm.
